Ing. Francis Lamptey is a certified Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in electrical engineering, construction supervision, contract administration, and construction cost management. He holds a BSc. degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineer and he is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering. He has been involved in diverse mechanical engineering projects. He has vast experience in project and contract administration issues.

Mechanical Engineer on the Consultancy Services for the Design Review and Construction Supervision of Five (5) Storey Four (4) bedroom Apartments in Accra. This project involved the review of initial designs. He was responsible for all mechanical works for the buildings and general plumbing and sewage system of the project area. He also assisted in contract administration issues (Client: West Hills Ridge Ltd., 2017 – ongoing)
 Mechanical Engineer on the Construction of the Ghana Infections Center, Accra. This project involved the construction of 100-Bed Infectious diseases hospital was built within a period of four month to aid the government’s response to the pandemic. He undertook the supervision and implementation of all the mechanical installations on the project. (Client: Government of Ghana, 2020).
 Mechanical Engineer on the Design and Construction Works at the Koforidua Regional Hospital. This project involved the design review of drawings from the Design and Build Contractor in conjunction with Multicad Consulting. He was responsible for all mechanical design review and implementation of the mechanical solutions to ensure maximum utility as well as durability of the facility. (Client: Koforidua Regional Hospital, 2021)
 Mechanical Engineer on the Design and Construction of residential property for Altitude Residence. The Altitude Residences is an upscale residential property in the Cantonments area in Accra. He was responsible for mechanica engineering Design, preparation of engineering specifications, installation and testing (Client: Altitude Resident, 2019)
